15-Year-Old Girl's Body Discovered in Musician's Vehicle

Musician D4vd has reportedly taken a major step following the discovery of a 15-year-old girl's body in his car.

The artist, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, was touring to promote his debut album when the shocking discovery was made.

A Tesla registered to him was impounded on September 6 in Los Angeles. Two days later, employees detected a foul odor coming from the vehicle.

Upon searching the car, they discovered a bag containing the dismembered body of a 15-year-old girl.

The remains were later identified as Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who had been missing for over a year.

While the police investigation is ongoing, D4vd has not been named a suspect, and no charges have been filed.

The singer's representatives told NBC that he has 'been informed about the situation, and although he remains on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities’.

The singer has reportedly transferred the deeds of two Texas homes to his mother's name, as stated in legal documents.

One property in the Houston area was transferred on September 23 (according to ABC 7) and another on September 18 (according to TMZ).

This reportedly followed a 'swatting' incident, involving a fake emergency call targeting one of the addresses on September 17.

Audio from a 911 call reveals the call that led authorities to rush to the location, with the caller stating: "I heard, like, some gunshots... and I think someone is dead."

Body cam footage from the Waller County District Attorney's Office shows police arriving at the house with weapons drawn, only to find out the call was a hoax.

An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of Celeste's body in a vehicle.

D4vd has paused his debut album tour following the discovery and is cooperating with the authorities.

The car had reportedly been parked on the street for an extended period and was moved to an impound on North Mansfield Avenue in the Hollywood Hills, where staff noticed a foul odor coming from it.

Upon investigation, staff discovered a plastic bag with dismembered remains and notified the police.

Celeste's family has spoken about the tragedy in a GoFundMe campaign created to cover funeral expenses.

They wrote: “She was a beloved daughter, sister, cousin, and friend. Her family is heartbroken and devastated by this tragic loss. They are seeking help to lay her body to rest. Any funds you are able to donate are greatly appreciated.”

Celeste disappeared from Lake Elsinore in California in April 2024 when she was only 13 years old.

Following the discovery of Celeste's remains in the car registered to his name, D4vd's team has discreetly removed listings for his upcoming shows in Los Angeles and at the LA Grammy Museum from official sites.

Sources have also informed TMZ that all remaining tour dates have been canceled.
