Reports indicate the NSFW images were captured while the pair were sailing in the Santa Barbara Channel, California, on September 29.

According to local residents, Perry owns the impressive yacht.

A tourist who spotted the celebrity and the former Canadian leader mentioned that they brought their boat alongside their own charter vessel before observing them board the top deck.
